The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager Intern who can work across multiple product, design and engineering teams. You will focus on straightforward, well-defined projects or product features. Typically, your projects could have a slightly smaller scope, short term focus, be less technical, or be incremental improvements on an established product.
You work with closer supervision and guidance. And you are a solid, productive member of the team and are continuing to grow your product manager skill set throughout this internship program.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in various areas of product management, such as product development, product marketing, and project management. He/She is deeply rooted in the audio and sound space, out of passion and interest and/or is living or has been following a school program in those respective areas.

Be adaptable and willing to take on various tasks
Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, ops, engineering teams
Help on the global consumer research needs and target user pain points to identify articulated and non-articulated consumer needs.
Deliver the packaging brief and monitoring development of speaker products that include variation of product and package, as well as working with the Design team and Brand Manager on the package structure, graphic & documentation
Drive prototyping and iterations process to improve the out of box experiences.
Maintain intelligence on competition products performance.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new product
Effectively prioritize and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Key Qualifications
Currently enrolled part time or full time pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills, across functional and organizational boundaries
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and developing strong customer empathy
Excellent creative and problem-solving skills - Deeply curious: you seek to understand and ask “Why?” repeatedly.
Objective and analytical: you seek data and know the difference between facts and opinions.
Strong interest in consumer electronics and technology business, industry / industry issues and competitors.
Excellent communication (oral & written) skills – English and Mandarin required
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to participate in a part time or full time internship between March-June
Education
Minimum - A final year of the undergraduate degree in business, engineering, product design or related.
Ideal - A final year of masters degree focused on business strategy, and user experience.
